Letter Friends (أصدقاء الحرف) is a letters, words and numbers game for children aged about 6 to 7. We built it so that it works without collecting personal information from children. This policy explains exactly what the app stores, what leaves the device, and the choices parents have.
The app has no sign-up, login or account. We do not ask for, and do not collect, a child's real name, email, phone number, address, photos, voice, location or contacts. The app does not use the camera, the microphone or location services.
To let a child continue where they left off, the app saves the following only on the device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else:
Parents can delete this data at any time in Settings → Start over → Erase progress, or by deleting the app.
Letters, words and tips are read aloud from voice recordings that ship inside the app (made in advance with an AI voice model). Nothing is recorded, downloaded or sent to produce the voice. Tracing only checks that finger strokes follow the guide in the right order and direction; drawings are not saved or sent anywhere, and the app does not perform handwriting recognition.
The free version shows small banner ads from Google AdMob on menu screens only, never during an activity. We configure every ad request as follows:
To deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may process limited technical information such as the IP address, device type, operating system and app version. Because the requests are child-directed and non-personalised, Google does not use it to build advertising profiles. The app does not ask for permission to track you and does not access the advertising identifier for tracking. See how Google uses information in ads and the AdMob child-directed policy.
Ads can be removed completely with the optional one-time "Remove ads" purchase or the Complete Edition.
Optional one-time purchases (extra packs, Remove ads, Complete Edition) are behind a grown-up check and are handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never receive payment card details or the parent's store account information; the store only tells the app which items are owned.
The only external link in the app is the developer's website, and it is behind a grown-up check. The app has no social media features, chat, or sharing.
We designed the app to follow the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR and UK GDPR provisions for children, and Apple's and Google's policies for apps used by children. If you believe a child's personal information has been provided to us, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect in the app.

The app itself still does not collect email addresses. On this website, a grown-up can leave an email address to be told when Letter Friends is available. We store only that address and the date, on our server, and we use it for that one notice. We do not sell it or use it for other marketing. To have it deleted, contact us through sdt.qa.
أصدقاء الحرف لعبة لتعلّم الحروف والكلمات والأرقام للأطفال من عمر 6 إلى 7 سنوات تقريبًا. صمّمناها لتعمل دون جمع أي معلومات شخصية عن الأطفال. توضّح هذه السياسة ما يحفظه التطبيق، وما يخرج من الجهاز، والخيارات المتاحة لأولياء الأمور.
لا يوجد في التطبيق تسجيل أو تسجيل دخول أو حساب. لا نطلب ولا نجمع اسم الطفل الحقيقي أو بريده أو رقم هاتفه أو عنوانه أو صوره أو صوته أو موقعه أو جهات الاتصال. ولا يستخدم التطبيق الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو خدمات الموقع.
ليكمل الطفل من حيث توقف، يحفظ التطبيق ما يلي على الجهاز فقط، ولا يُرسل إلينا ولا إلى أي جهة:
يمكن لولي الأمر حذف هذه البيانات في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← البدء من جديد ← مسح التقدّم، أو بحذف التطبيق.
تُقرأ الحروف والكلمات والتعليمات من تسجيلات صوتية مضمّنة داخل التطبيق (أُعدّت مسبقًا بنموذج صوت ذكاء اصطناعي)، ولا يُسجَّل أو يُنزَّل أو يُرسَل أي شيء لتشغيل الصوت. ويتحقق التتبّع فقط من أن حركة الإصبع تتبع الخط الإرشادي بالترتيب والاتجاه الصحيحين؛ لا تُحفظ الرسومات ولا تُرسل، ولا يقوم التطبيق بالتعرّف على خط اليد.
تعرض النسخة المجانية إعلانات بانر صغيرة من Google AdMob في شاشات القوائم فقط، ولا تظهر أبدًا أثناء الأنشطة. نضبط كل طلب إعلان كما يلي:
لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها ومنع الاحتيال، قد تعالج Google معلومات تقنية محدودة مثل عنوان IP ونوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل وإصدار التطبيق. ولأن الطلبات موجّهة للأطفال وغير مخصّصة، لا تستخدمها Google لبناء ملفات إعلانية. لا يطلب التطبيق إذن التتبّع ولا يستخدم معرّف الإعلانات للتتبّع. راجع كيف تستخدم Google المعلومات في الإعلانات.
يمكن إزالة الإعلانات نهائيًا بشراء "إزالة الإعلانات" لمرة واحدة أو بالنسخة الكاملة.
المشتريات الاختيارية لمرة واحدة (الحزم الإضافية، إزالة الإعلانات، النسخة الكاملة) محمية بسؤال لولي الأمر، وتتم بالكامل عبر App Store أو Google Play. لا نستلم بيانات البطاقة أو حساب ولي الأمر في المتجر؛ يخبر المتجرُ التطبيقَ فقط بالعناصر المملوكة.
الرابط الخارجي الوحيد هو موقع المطوّر، وهو محمي بسؤال لولي الأمر. لا توجد في التطبيق ميزات تواصل اجتماعي أو دردشة أو مشاركة.
صمّمنا التطبيق ليتوافق مع قانون COPPA وأحكام الأطفال في GDPR وUK GDPR وسياسات Apple وGoogle للتطبيقات التي يستخدمها الأطفال. إن اعتقدت أن معلومات شخصية لطفل وصلت إلينا فتواصل معنا وسنحذفها.
